MCX Technologies

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how MCX Technologies (“MCX,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website or browse any of the participating hotels’ pages on it. Each hotel shown on this platform is an independently operated property; this policy covers your use of the website itself — browsing, contacting a hotel, and any account you create here. It does not replace a hotel’s own privacy notice for your actual stay, which is provided separately once you book or use that hotel’s own guest app.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — for example your name, email address, and message when you use a contact or enquiry form. We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring page, typically through server logs and (only once you consent, see Section 4) analytics.

3. How we use your information

We use this information to respond to enquiries, route your message to the right hotel, operate and secure the website, understand which pages are useful (in aggregate, via analytics), and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies (for example, to remember that you’ve responded to the cookie banner) are set automatically, since the site can’t function correctly without them. Analytics — which helps us understand aggregate traffic and improve the site — only runs after you accept it in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage for this site, which will show the banner again on your next visit.

5. Who can see your information

An enquiry you submit about a specific hotel is shared with that hotel’s own staff so they can respond to you. Aggregate, de-identified analytics may be used by MCX Technologies across the platform. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data storage and security

Information submitted through this website is stored with industry-standard security controls, including role-based access so only staff with a legitimate reason can view a given hotel’s messages. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately for what it is.

7. Your choices and rights

You can decline non-essential cookies at any time via the cookie banner. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you — contact us using the details in Section 10 to make a request.

8. Data retention

We keep enquiry messages long enough to respond to them and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then delete or anonymize them. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form and is not tied back to an individual visitor.

9. Children’s privacy

This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Contact and changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the date below reflects the most recent revision. Questions or requests about this policy can be sent to privacy@mcxtechnologies.example, or through our contact page.
